MGB has selected MBStudio to design a new combined housing and community services building on the Tirana South – West side. Construction on the project is expected to begin later this year after engagement with the project developer and Tirana Municipality to help shape the final design.

“We are happy to design a housing and community services building that maximizes the potential of the interaction between public and private uses,” says Marin Biçoku, principal architect for MBStudio. The new facility will be located at “Hamdi Pepa” Street.
