Housing.
The 4 Villas project is designed to take advantage of the sloped terrain, allowing for an elevated breath-taking view of the Farka Lake and the sunset. The villas feature, a shadowed porch, extensive terracing, gardens and landscaping, as well as a sunny terrace. The entrance is located on the street side, by the private open parking spaces. The villas have two floors above ground and one underground basement.
Each villa is composed of two volumes that are placed perpendicular to each other, with a cantilevered first floor. The ground floor is partially below ground level. It opens up to a private terraced courtyard and a beautiful shadowed porch, that provides additional outdoor space. It hosts an open space living room, kitchen and dining room which offer unobstructed views of the sunset over the lake. The upper floor has a master bedroom suite with a spacious bathroom, as well as two other bedrooms, and provides access to an open and sunny terrace facing South, with 180° views of the sunrise and sunset, perfect for outdoor lounging. The basement is fully finished, with an entertainment room, as well as a laundry and utility areas.
The interior of the villas is open and airy, with large windows and terraces that take advantage of the stunning lake views. The ground floor exterior is clad in stone, with an aluminium façade first floor that stands on top of it. The combination of these materials gives the villas a modern yet timeless look.
The four villas offer the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and stunning views.
